What we offer. 

We are presenting our Scandinavian Holistic e-Fitness Concept as a general idea. While our experience has taught us that the most common method used among athletes is the trial and error "concept", there really has to be some kind of structure and methodology if there is to be any chance of producing high level results. However, if there is too much structure, this is not beneficial either. Finding the right trade off is always a challenge. It is not the scope of this work to present the smallest details and secrets about the daily training. However, if you should be interested in greater detail, you can contact us.

What does e-Fitness mean?

The new electronic world makes it possible for you to read this, - it is presented to you electronically, that is what e- means. We cannot do you fit electronically, you have to do the work yourself, but we can advice you electronically.  Because of this new technology, we are able to serve and support  potential customers with general "e-fitness" advice on a global basis. We can e-mail, we can receive your pulse curve or  your weekly training on a spreadsheet or in a database format; everything is possible electronically. A lot can be done from a distance, but this concept has the limitation that we are only able to see  customers on a regular basis when they live close to our home. Personal coaching is dependant on athlete and coach seeing each other regularly.

Lecture and seminars

We have had many years experience with lectures and seminars of varied sport topics such as:

  • Nordic Walking

  • Mental training

  • Planning and goal setting

  • Teambuilding in sport and businesses

  • Endurance training

  • Long distance and marathon training

  • Sport behavior and attitude

  • Children and youth in motion

  • Elite sport

  • Cross country skiing

  • Ethics and values

  • Outdoor life and nature

Exhibitions and sport shows

Ingrid can be hired to attend exhibitions, sport shows, autograph sessions, etc. She is not at present on contract with any sport or equipment company, so there should not be any conflict of interest with any sport product or company. 

Training analysis and planning

We can analyze a training history and give our comments and advise. Based on the past training history and the new goals in the future, we can design a training program down to the least detail the customer should wish.

Coaching

Ingrid can be hired as a coach, but normally this has to be as a consultant to your personal coach. Distance coaching is rather difficult; there should always bee a coach that can see you at least once a week.
